Sills Creek Coonhounds

Welcome to Sills Creek Coonhounds - we are a small, family run kennel owned by William and Johanna Parker. We hunt, show, and raise Treeing Walker Coonhounds and Plott Hounds in Southeastern North Carolina.

We competition hunt and show our coonhounds with the United Kennel Club and occasionally have started dogs or litters available. 

William also hunts large game (hogs & bear) with select dogs. We occasionally have started dogs and litters available from our large-game stock (Plott Hounds, Treeing Walkers, and English Coonhounds). 

This is a hobby and passion for us - we work other jobs full-time and promote our hounds as time and finances permit. We don't hire professional handlers to promote our dogs - we have a few very close friends that we ask to competition hunt our dogs now and again when we have more dogs than handlers! 

Our dogs are like family to us and we take their care very seriously - all of our dogs are vaccinated annually for contagious diseases, kept current on monthly heartworm & intestinal parasite prevention, as well as monthly flea & tick control. They receive routine veterinary examinations bi-annually or more often as necessary.
