Our kennel started with Raven - she's been our primary competition dog for the past 6 years.  She could have been finished much earlier but both of us work full-time and this is our hobby as time and finances permit. We don't generally place our dogs in the hands of professional handlers to promote them. She placed 14th at the 2014 Grand American on Friday night with friend and handler, Enoch Cottle. We have officially retired Raven and will no longer be hunting her except to pleasure hunt and train pups! 


Raven's a medium-nosed, accurate, LOUD bawl on a track, clear locate, and fast chop on tree. Can grub up a coon or run a hot track with no problems.

" Betty" is the newest addition to our kennel. Black brindle Pocahontas/Redwood Okie bred female. Just turned two and not a finished dog, she's already shown us enough to earn herself a place on our permanent addition page. Running and treeing coons by herself. Has trailed and run bear. Gritty and will be there. Already has one win first place win towards her Show Champion degree. Pictures soon. Expecting a litter from her in 2015 as she is everything we are looking for in our coon & big-game hounds.

Heat is Raven's half-sister that we started as a young dog but have not pursued competition hunting and showing her until recently. She has one first place win on the bench and we will be promoting her more frequently on the bench and in the hunts this upcoming season. 
Heat is a cold-nosed, accurate, extremely LOUD bawl on track, clear locate, and fast chop on a tree. 

**UPDATE 10/20/14** Heat has been sold to a good friend who intends on pleasure hunting her from here on out. We have two upcoming males from her first litter that are showing a lot of potential and that we will be starting on large game this season. Keep an eye out for Al & Bender in our "Young & Upcoming Dogs" - they are showing the same talent as early as she did.
